Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in original manufacturer packaging.
  • Items must be in the same condition as received.
  • With labels intact and unaltered.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • All returns must receive prior authorization before being sent back.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to aΒ 20% restocking fee.

This fee is applies to all accepted returns without exception.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible forΒ all return shipping costs.
  • Return shipping labels are not provided unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Items purchased on sale, with discounts, or with free shipping are not eligible for free return shipping.

Free return shipping applies ONLY if:

  • If the wrong item was shipped
  • The item arrived damaged due to carrier handling
  • The item was defective upon arrival.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and non-returnable once shipped:

Hazardous materials, including:

  • Insecticides
  • Aerosols
  • Fumigants
  • Flammable or pressurized products

Opened or used products of any kind

Sale, clearance, or promotional items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Order number.
  • Photos of the product and packaging.
  • Description of the issue.

Approved claims will be resolved by replacement or refund at our discretion.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different item, submit a return request (if eligible) and place a new order once approved.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days.
  • Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post funds.

European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Orders shipped into the European Union may be canceled or returned within 14 days of delivery as required by law.

Returned items must meet all eligibility requirements listed above.
